Guidelines for Simple Patronage and with Economic Support

approved by the AERCO Board of Directors on 30.01.2016

Every year AERCO intends to support those initiatives worthy of patronage, both Simple and with Economic Support.The requests for Simple Patronage may concern all the events related to choral music, including courses.The projects admitted to the Economic Support may concern exhibitions, competitions, festivals, but not musical courses for which a special call will be published during the summer. Each contribution paid cannot exceed € 1,000.The projects will be evaluated by the Artistic Commission according to the score grid indicated in the attached announcement. The decisions taken by the Artistic Commission must then be ratified by the Board of Directors. The eligible projects will be financed according to the ranking order and until the total amount admitted to the budget is reached.The deadline for the submission of applications for 'Patronage with Economic Support' is February 28 of each year, but only after the opening of the call. The applications for 'Simple patronage' can be submitted without any expiration throughout the year, with the warning to maintain a 30-day time frame between submitting the request and starting the event.Applications for Patronage, both Simple and with Economic Support, must be submitted exclusively through the online form at https://form.jotformeu.com/aercobologna/domandapatrocinio An indispensable condition for submitting the application is to be in compliance with the payment of the AERCO membership fee for the current year.
